You may send items as gifts to friends or people who have helped you.
However, the following conditions apply, so please be sure to consult our Customer Concierge in advance.
- The shipment must be sent by DDP (duties paid in advance). When paying the international shipping fee, you will also pay the customs duties and the customs duty advance payment handling fee.
- The shipping method will generally be DHL Express. (Please consult us if you would like to use EMS international mail or sea mail.)
- Even if the shipment is sent as a gift, the product value will be listed as the purchase price of the product. (It cannot be declared as 0 yen.) Therefore, the recipient may become aware of the product price.
- Products that may require confirmation procedures by health authorities, quarantine, or similar agencies upon import (listed below) may place a burden on the recipient, and are therefore not suitable as gift items.
