For international shipments to the United States (EMS or Surface Mail Parcel), we handle orders according to the order amount as follows:
- For orders valued at 800 USD or less
- Shipments will be sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning U.S. import duties are prepaid in advance. When paying the shipping fee, you will also be charged the U.S. import duty (often around 10% of the product price) and a customs advance payment handling fee (1% of the product price + 2 USD).
- For orders valued over 800 USD
- After shipment, you will be required to pay customs duties and related charges directly to U.S. Customs during the import clearance process in the United States.
DHL Express is also available for shipments to the United States.
*Please note that products such as food, cosmetics, sanitary products, and pharmaceuticals may require prior FDA filing or other procedures before import.
