STEP3 [Arranging items] (COMPASS)
After you place an order, GOYOKIKIYA COMPASS will arrange everything from purchasing to shipping your package.

Order review and item arrangement
We will review your order details, confirm whether the items and shipping are possible, and then arrange the items.

Packing / Shipping
We will deliver using your selected packing/shipping method. (After shipping fees are finalized, payment is completed automatically.)
If you selected “Choose later” as the shipping method, please choose a shipping method and request shipment after packing is completed.
You can check the delivery status on My Page.
We may need to confirm details before shipment.
If there are any points to confirm in your order (e.g., items that cannot be shipped, items out of stock, etc.), or if you selected “Choose later” as your shipping method, our concierge will contact you before shipment.
STEP4 [Receive] (Customer)
Please check the contents after arrival.

Check upon delivery
Please check the outer packaging for damage, dents, or stains.
Also, gently shake the package and confirm there is no unusual noise inside.
If you find any issues, open the package together with the delivery person and confirm there is no damage, staining, or missing items.

If there is damage, staining, or loss
For international mail, please ask the carrier to create a damage report (form CN24) and send it to us along with photos of the outer packaging and the contents. Please keep the package as-is.
For non-international mail, please confirm the procedure with the delivery person (they may take the package back).

Payment of import duties (only if incurred)
When delivering packages overseas, import duties and other taxes/fees may be charged to the recipient. If you are requested by the delivery person or customs to pay import duties, please confirm the details and respond accordingly.
*As this is determined by the customs and other public agencies of the destination country/region, we are unable to answer whether duties will be charged or the amount.
